To see if you have any mail, just log in and go to the forum home page. Scroll down to the very very very bottom of the page, and you’ll see the alert for ‘1 new message’ under the ‘views’.
To SEND a mail, just click ‘PM this user’ above a comment by that person.

You can change your password when you login to the forum! You then click on your Name (in the top lefthand area where you logged in) and it brings you to your profile. You can click on your Profile or Edit your profile and in here you can change your password.
