Well now, this is dissappointing! Sir Patrick Stewert (OK Jean-Luc Picard, let’s call a spade a spade) tried to humiliate James Cordon on stage at the Glamour Awards last night and got OWNED!!! Patrick, Patrick, Patrick…come on now! You know better than that! There are certain people you don’t try to win arguments with. Simon Amstell for example; I’ve often sat cringing, looking out from behind my hands as some eejit tries to slag him back on Buzzcocks…YOU’LL NEVER WIN SO DON’T MAKE A TIT OF YOURSELF TRYING!!!!! And win he didn’t last night…..Ugh, the sap. And before this I totally would have.

There’s been so many awards given out in the last few days, I find it hard to brush my hair without expecting a round of applause afterwards. I now expect a trophy for every cup of tea I make. But then, I do make pretty savage tea! First up was the Meteor Music Awards on Friday night in Dublin’s fair city. Don’t panic, there was hardly anyone from Fair City there. We’ll be back with our vidjo of Orange Carpet goings on and a few pics of us, because we’re crazy vain like that, shortly but until then here’s some highlights!

O to the M to the FG…guess who’s gonna be on the Orange Carpet tonight at The Meteor Music Awards?? Yeah we did!!! Now, when I say ON, I mean we’ll be the ones sticking a mic in people’s faces asking them all sorts of fascinating questions that will make them want to skip the event and stay there and chat to us…natch! It’s set to be all star-studded ‘n’ stuff…we’re talking Dizzee, Florence, Snow……Patrol (yeah that doesn’t work when you shorten it).

 We’ll also be on Spin 103.8 on Saturday telling the lovely Michelle Beaty on Plan B about the goings-on and what everyone was wearing on their persons. So tune in for that from about midday onwards.

The British National Television Awards took place yesterday in Londonium. Don’t even try comparing the NTAs to the Golden Globes of recent days… chalk…cheese ….high class hooker at the Hilton…rub and tug in the corner massage parlor.
