So it is true!! I was NOT expecting that. Makes sense though, Robbie’s career wasn’t exactly on fire and I guess Take That, like any other band, have to keep shaking things up to stay current. (Mmmm current…I’d love a scone..haven’t had breakfast yet) Particularly after Marky Owen’s morto!!-fication stations earlier this year. Who’d a thunk it eh? Little innocent head on him! ….Why I oughta.
I was always an East 17er growing up and despite a lingering love for the East-end Cream Crackers I’m a big enough person to admit that I was wrong. So here it is on record for the first and last time….. Take That were better. FACT. Looking forward to seeing what they come up with avec Robbie I must say. But I’ll never believe Gary Barlow has anything but pure unadulterated hatred for him! Sorry!

No Ive been an avid take that fan since I was 10 years old and even turned up to the Reunion Gig in the Point 4 years ago in my Everything Changes Tour ‘94 tshirt, hat and scarf.. I love the bones of them and cried for 2 hours in Croker last year… But i cant for the life of me understand why they would take him back after what - 15 years?!!! Why after all the hard work they have put in over the past 4 years suddenly decided its a good idea to bring him back and split there hard earned bobs 5 ways instead of 4?!
In saying that I really really do hope to god it works out…And in fairness ‘Could it be magic’ and ‘Everything Changes’ never sounded the same without him. So fingers, toes, eyes and ears crossed it will all run smoothly for my fave boys…
Now if Westlife took Brian Loser Look after your kids yourself instead of leaving them with their f*cked up mam McFadden were to return to Westlife then that is a different kettle of fish entirely and I would give up loving them for ever and ever…..

Oh L i’m so glad you’ve confessed your love for the E17′ers…I thought I was the only one! I was at their concert in dublin (many moons ago!) I hated Take That back in the day because of my infatuation with the rough and ready eastend boys but now like you I have seen the errors of my ways, Take That are indeed legends! I wouldnt have given my right arm to have been at their concert this year in croke park!
