The Daily Mail are giving Amanda Holden awful jip for her alleged dodgy lip-job (try saying that ten times fast) today. She does look a bit joker-esque at certain angles I guess, but they’ve also taken the opportunity to chastise her use of Botox while they’re at it, coz they’re sound like that as you know. The Britain’s got Talent judge has openly admitted to using the stuff, but has fervently denied any lip-injecting collagen action. I happen to know that two little jabs of Botox OVER the lip area turns your lips out enough to plump them without ever having to touch your actual lips, so the jury is well out for me on whether she’s had no help there but aaaaaaaanyway……. I digress. It got me thinking! Does Amanda look well to you? Or do you just see a big shiny Botox face when you look at her? Is it working for her and all the countless other smooth-faced celebs that have gone for the jab? Who’s gone too far? Would you try it? Have you tried it? Will you try it if you need it a bit later on?

I totally would, I dont want shiny plastic looking face but a little help with the old wrinkles would be great! I’ve seen it done subtly and it looks fantastic. I’m too young for it now but in maybe another 10-15 yrs I will definitly.

hear hear Sandra..I thoroughly believe in embracing modern science..done well, I could spend my 40’s and 50’s looking like Demi Moore.. Done badly, I could spend them looking like Roger Moore.. Mandys lips are a disaster and she’s probably gone a bit OTT on the botox but from the nose up, she looks grand…Sure who needs expressions anyway, totally over-rated

Nope not for me I have this thing about tampering with nature. Mother nature can bite back and if we mess her about too she might make us look like we’ve been hit by the uglier stick. Look at Simon Cowells face its starting to look a bit lumpy from all his Botox and Fillers. Yes loads of the slebs look great but remember the unsucessful ones, Melanie Griffith, Meg Ryan, Leslie Ash to name but a few. My face is fine the way it is thanks very much

I most certainly will be getting this done in twenty years. I reckon by then it’ll be as normal as going to get your roots done, or a spray tan or whatevs. More people will probably be doing it from home aswell, I’ve heard you can buy it online now. That’s a bit dodge but yes if I find someone with a good rep, my face is in their hands.

I never have and probably never will. There is more to life than worrying about ur image afterall. I think wrinkles are well earned and add character to a face and I will be proud of every single one I get :) Also there are some good Italian genes on my mothers side and I got blessed with some of them as regards my skin LOL
